Kansas City Campus

Administrative Assistant

Cleveland Chiropractic College is accepting applications for the position of Administrative Assistant at its Overland Park campus.

This position is responsible for providing timely, professional clerical and customer service assistance within the Enrollment Management and Executive Offices of the College. Duties included but are not limited to the following:
  • Ensure effective and efficient operations of the Enrollment Management and Executive Offices by providing superior administrative and clerical support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff and visitors while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Effective operation of the college switchboard and mail distribution functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of phone inquiries and incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Demonstrate quality leadership though effective participation in and/or leadership of special projects as requested.
The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of related experience, as well as excellent organizational, computer, and customer service skills. A college degree and 5 years of experience is preferred.

Chiropractic Assistant (Temporary Position)

Cleveland Chiropractic College is accepting applications for the position of Chiropractic Assistant at its Brookside Health Center. This is a temporary position expected to last up to 12 week and is not eligible for employee benefits.

This position is responsible for providing clerical and customer service support to staff and patients necessary to successfully accomplish clinic goals and objectives. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide assistance to patients arriving and departing from the clinic.
  • Maintain files and documents related to patient appointments and treatments.
  • Assist clinic staff and interns as needed by providing requested service and/or clerical assistance.
The ideal candidate should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent as well as excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Admissions Advisor

The Office of Admissions, which services the Kansas City Campus of Cleveland Chiropractic College, is accepting applications for the position of Admissions Advisor.

This primary purpose of this position is to ensure the successful achievement of student recruiting goals in support of overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Represent the College to prospective students and their families.
  • Attend recruiting events necessary to achieve enrollment objectives.
  • Conduct individual interviews with students as well as organize group information sessions for students, parents and guidance counselors.
  • Counsel prospective students via telephone to encourage campus visits as well as to secure applications for admission.
  • Maintain appropriate follow-up communication with prospective students regarding the status of their applications for admissions and financial aid.
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree as well as a valid driver’s license. Experience in college admissions, recruitment or intangible sales is preferred. Some travel will be required.

Clinician/Instructor
The Department of Clinical Sciences at Cleveland Chiropractic College is accepting applications for the position of Clinician/Instructor.

The ideal candidate is a Doctor of Chiropractic holding a degree from a CCE accredited college and licensed in the state of California, who has a minimum of three years practice experience and wishes to mentor students through the internship portion of their chiropractic education as well as provide classroom instruction. Clinician duties include, but are not limited to, supervising interns as they provide care in the Student and Outpatient Health Centers, overseeing all phases of physical, spinal, postural, laboratory and radiologic examinations performed in the Health Center, and performing case management reviews for educational and quality assurance purposes. A proficiency in subjects such as diagnosis or chiropractic technique is desirable as there is a need for instructors in these areas. Doctors of Chiropractic who are passionate about teaching as well as caring for people and wish to help shape future generations of highly skilled providers of chiropractic adjustments and other conservative care are encouraged to apply.
