Evaluating the effects of chiropractic care and development of a clinical prediction rule among patients receiving care at a free health clinic. Pfefer M (PI), Hawk C, Strunk R, Smith K, Hill D. (Collaboration with Johnson County Free Clinic). The specific aims of this pragmatic clinical study are to: 1) evaluate effects of chiropractic care on patients seen in a county free health clinic 2) develop a clinical prediction rule based upon patients’ baseline criteria and outcomes 3) Evaluate feasibility of integrating chiropractic care within a medically oriented county free health clinic 4) Evaluate feasibility of using an electronic medical record to document chiropractic care and manage data.

This is a prospective cohort study of outcomes of chiropractic care for patients aged 65 and older who present to Cleveland’s outpatient clinics over a 3-year period.

This is a prospective cohort study of outcomes of chiropractic care for Medicare-eligible patients under age 65 who present to Cleveland’s outpatient clinics over a 3-year period.
